Turnaround, quantities, logo, delivery — the answers before you order.

How long does production take?
2 business days for 3 baskets or fewer, 5 business days for up to 8 baskets, and 10 business days for more than 8 baskets at once. The clock starts once the order is confirmed and your logo has arrived.
What is the deadline to receive baskets before Christmas?
December 13. After that we will do our best, but we can no longer guarantee delivery before the holidays. For a large order, book early — workshop slots fill up fast in November.
Is there a minimum order?
No. You can order a single basket.
Is there a volume discount?
Yes, 10% off starting at 10 baskets.
How do I send you my logo?
By email to atelier83.jm@gmail.com, with your name in the message. A high-resolution PNG or a PDF works well. If you have a vector file (AI, EPS, SVG), that is even better for engraving.
Can I pick different designs from one basket to the next?
Yes. Write it in the Notes box of the order form and we will confirm the details by email before engraving.
Do you deliver?
Delivery is arranged at order time, case by case depending on quantity and destination. Delivery fees apply. Pick-up is always available.
How does payment work?
You receive an invoice through QuickBooks. It must be paid before the baskets are picked up or shipped.
Do I see the result before picking up my order?
Yes. As soon as your order is finished, we email you photos of your products.
Are the products refundable?
No. Every piece is custom-engraved with your name or your client's, so orders are not refundable once engraving has started.
Will my basket look exactly like the photos?
The photos on this site show the style and the contents. Wood is a living material: grain, tone and bark vary from piece to piece, and small natural imperfections are part of the charm. Every basket is assembled by hand and checked before it leaves the workshop.
